Do I need my own domain?
Yes. The email service works on a domain you already own. You can register one with us from the Domains page.
How do I add or remove a mailbox?
Open the service in your client area and change the number of additional mailboxes. Increases are invoiced for the difference; decreases apply from the next renewal.
How is it billed?
Zoho Mail is billed yearly and Google Workspace monthly, per mailbox. Prices are shown in EGP or USD.
Can you move my existing email?
Yes, contact us and we will help you migrate your existing mailboxes.
