How domain renewal works
Domains are registered for a fixed period and must be renewed before they expire.
- We email you renewal invoices before the expiry date. Pay them from the client area.
- You can also renew any time from Domains → My Domains.
- Renewal prices are listed on our Domain Names page and may differ from the first-year price.
- Keep your contact email up to date so you never miss a notice.
Important: an expired domain stops working (website and email) and can be lost if not renewed in time. Renewals that have been paid are not refundable (see the Refund Policy).
