Understanding your invoices and renewals
- Billing cycle. Services are billed in advance for the cycle you chose (monthly, annually, ...).
- Invoices. A renewal invoice is created before your due date and emailed to you. You can pay it any time from Billing → My Invoices.
- Statuses. Unpaid - waiting for payment; Paid - confirmed; Cancelled - no longer due; Refunded - returned to you.
- Late payment. If an invoice stays unpaid after its due date, the service may be suspended, and after a reasonable notice period terminated. See the Terms of Service.
- Currency. Prices are available in EGP and USD; invoices use the currency of your account.
To download an invoice as PDF, open it and click Download. For billing questions, open a ticket.
